Time Clock & Hours

See scheduled hours and actual hours in one workflow.

Opyris connects time-clock data with the schedule so you can compare what was planned with what actually happened—before the numbers reach payroll. Clock activity is tied to the workplace, not wherever the employee's phone happens to be.

The gap between the schedule and payroll is where surprises happen.

When clock data is in a spreadsheet and the schedule is somewhere else, comparing them means manual work. Opyris keeps both in the same system, so the comparison is immediate and the exceptions are surfaced before they reach payroll.

ON-SITE TIME CLOCK

Clock activity tied to the workplace, not the employee's location.

Managers configure a store location and a radius. Employees can only clock in when they are within that radius. Managers also set an early sign-in window to prevent premature clock-ins before shifts begin. Both parameters are adjustable.

Time clock questions.

Ask the founder →
Can employees clock in from home?

Only if the manager allows it. When a store location and geofence radius are configured, employees must be within that radius to clock in. If no geofence is configured, clock-in is unrestricted by location.

What happens if an employee forgets to clock out?

The system flags a missed clock-out as an exception for manager review. The manager can enter the correct clock-out time. The corrected hours are then used in the clock and payroll reports.

Can I set an early clock-in window?

Yes. Managers configure how many minutes before a shift an employee is allowed to clock in. Attempts outside that window are blocked.

Does the time clock integrate with payroll software?

Opyris exports reviewed hours as a CSV file that can be provided to your payroll provider. It does not integrate directly with payroll software at this time.
