Scheduling a team of part-time and full-time employees is genuinely complicated: availability changes week to week, time-off requests arrive at inconvenient times, shift swaps happen by text message, and someone has to reconcile the schedule with what actually got worked before payroll closes.

Most scheduling software tries to solve this by adding features. Opyris tries to solve it by automating the right things: the schedule should run automatically from rules set once, changes should flow through a structured workflow instead of a chat window, and the numbers from the schedule should connect directly to payroll.
